Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Total time :: 5-10 minutes  |  Serves :: 1-2

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tbsp cooked pumpkin
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tp vanilla extract
1/4 cup organic brewed coffee or espresso

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the coconut milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a small pan over medium heat until the milk is hot.
  2. Whisk vigorously to get the milk foamy for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the espresso or coffee into a large mug and add the coconut milk mixture. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice and serve.
