In our home, we have more than one cook in the kitchen. So… what I like to do is have my menu in front of me and then I organize from there. First I start with the baking dish I want to use for that particular dish. Then I put all the ingredients in the baking dish along with the recipe card. That way whoever wants to make something can just grab one and start. It also allows me to make sure I have everything needed for that particular recipe. I also make a list of my Menu for the day and put the temperature of the oven next to the item. I can then rotate my oven for different degrees. I hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
