Delectable Pot Roast
Homemade Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
Thawed Rump Roast or Sirloin Tip Roast (typically 1/2 lb per person)
One can of mushroom soup
One pkg of dried onion soup mix
Add plenty of carrots all around the sides of roast.
DIRECTIONS
- Add the above to a Crock Pot or Slow Cooker in the ascending order
- Then use the can to add enough water to almost cover the roast, which will turn into delicious gravy.
- Cook on high or about 6-8 hrs. Will be falling apart.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. So… delicious!
