Delectable Pot Roast

Homemade Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Thawed Rump Roast or Sirloin Tip Roast (typically 1/2 lb per person)
One can of mushroom soup
One pkg of dried onion soup mix
Add plenty of carrots all around the sides of roast.

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Add the above to a Crock Pot or Slow Cooker in the ascending order
  2.  Then use the can to add enough water to almost cover the roast, which will turn into delicious gravy.
  3.  Cook on high or about 6-8 hrs. Will be falling apart.
  4.  Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. So… delicious!
